Verses For a Mother's Heart Minimize

Even before Briana was born, Kelly began spending time searching the Scriptures for verses with special meaning.  In the hospital room with her was a little notebook with pages of hand-written verses, each one with a different purpose.  Below is a selection of verses that Kelly wanted to share with you.

James 1:17

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Isaiah 41:10

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Isaiah 43:2

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Psalms 118:8

It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

Psalms 40:8

I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.

Psamls 18:2

The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

Psalms 121:8

The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Psalms 18:30,  32

As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
...It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.

John 14:27

II Chronicles 20:12
